Chick Update

Went down and took a few pics....all the chicks seem to be doing fine....


This morning I noticed several chicks are starting to get their wing feathers...just now, I noticed a Lot more chicks beginning to feather....

They are looking pretty good....seem comfortable, drinking and eating ok....
















I had mentioned that they sometimes lay in (to me) very weird positions...check out this chick. You'll have to look close - it's harder to see because of the brooder light...but look at him. Looks like he's dead, right? Nope, just sleeping...actually it's Trying to sleep. It keeps getting hopped on by the other chicks...little thing hasn't yet figured out to move away from the food if he wants to catch a few zzzzzzz's. Sphere: Related Content
