We picked up all the pork from the butcher today.....turns out 1 pig weighed 217 and the other one weighed 218 lbs. Thats 15 lbs more than the first pig we sent to freezer camp around Oct 12. I MUST have written the actual date down somewhere, danged if I can find it at the moment...right now I'm going by the date I posted the pics.
Brought some to friends, and got some in our upright freezer....I needed to take these out, tho, in order to make some room.....guess I'm gonna be making tomater sauce in the next few days!!
