Bottling Rhubarb Wine

So yesterday afternoon, I Finally got around to bottling that Rhubarb Wine I made in the summer....it had been sitting in the carboy all this time, which isn't a problem.

We had racked 2 bottles worth off the batch last month. Just you know....to give it a try :)
Here's a pic of the finished results....beautiful pink colour. Now I'll hide it away so we can save it for the Christmas Holidays!
Heading into town for the day, it's pretty cold outside this morning. -12C when I hauled myself out of bed.....

You all just amaze me!

I can't even imagine what it is like to live like you do. Such hard work and yet so self sufficient at the end of the day.

Rhubarb Wine.........WOW!

I juiced all my rhubarb this year, I think wine would be a better use. ;)
