The Gman was able to get another morning in, fishing at one of the lakes around here.....
We are now eating some fresh, and freezing some. As soon as we have enough frozen to make up a canner load, we'll haul the pressure canner out. It will be wonderful in the winter to open up a can of trout or Kokanee!
