Saturday evening after the guys finished work for the day on the shop, we packed up a picnic dinner and headed out to one of the local lakes....
On Sunday, the Gman took Eman up to a small mountain lake. Look at his catch!!

The end result....bbqued trout with one of our homegrown hot peppers on top! Delicious!!

Great looking fish! As I sorted through more "stuff" in the basement I admit to being a little jealous (but only in good way) of your picnic by the waters edge as it is always such a treat.
That time of year again, eh? Great!
Yum! I so miss haveing fresh fish on the grill, not deep fat fried like all the fish is done here in WI
