Yesterday I pulled 2 pretty big Zuccini.....the rest I will leave for a little bit, we have quite a few small ones on the plants that we can eat fresh.
So I peeled and grated the big ones....measured 2 cups and put them into Ziplocks. I'll use these over the winter to make Zuccini Loaf, yummy!
