Here's the zuccini that got hit while still in the greenhouse....uggggh. I'm trying to save them, but think I will also direct seed some more right into the garden later today. Then, I'll keep it covered with Remay cloth and start to pray.

Ohhhhh. sad looking plants. I'm not clear. Was it too much heat in the greenhouse and they got cooked or it got too cold and they froze?
Thats a lot of garlic. Does it keep well?
So sad! I planted mine out the other day and they look even worse than yours...my pumpkins too! Must be this crazy weather...broiling hot during the day and cold at night. I direct seeded some yesterday...let's keep our fingers crossed.
Krissy, first it got cold overnight, but I had a double layer of Remay cloth on them, so I think they would have been fine.
BUT, I was busy in the house first thing in the morning, so did not go down to remove the Remay. The sun came out and wham! Cookage time!
Joanne, bit by bit mine are picking up, altho I tossed the worst of them. It's been a hard Spring with regard to the temperatures.....Same as you, hot in day, very cold at night....
Ooops, forgot to add....Krissy, garlic keeps fantastic! I am using the last two heads from last year! I just braided it up and hung it in the kitchen!
