The Gman's parents headed out this morning....I spent the rest of the day catching up on a few things around here. This afternoon, we sorted thru the tomatoes that I have sitting in paperbags, ripening away in the corner of my dining room.
Turns out that what I put in the ice cream bucket in the background equals 6 pounds...so, another batch of salsa will be cooked up in the kitchen, maybe tomorrow evening....then I guess it's time to move onto Tomato Sauce....
