Hi Cicero, I didn't realize I hadn't put the name in the post! Thanks....they are called "croquettes".
It's a family recipe. They are savoury, not sweet at all.
They are basically lots of different kinds of veggies, deep fried!

I was wondering what they were. the do look good. Do you dip them in a sauce?
No we don't dip them Krissy, but that's a good idea. We just reheat 'em and eat 'em!
