The Gman picked the rhubarb this morning....so we've just finished doing the first step in making Rhubarb Wine. You can read about the process here....

I'm tired of making rhubarb/pineapple jam. I think the wine is a good ideal. I will have to check it out.
Hi there! We've got our first ever batch of rhubarb mead on the go, just a few days ago. We're blogging at http://food-from-scratch.blogspot.com/ Used to live in the Cariboo (Lone Butte, actually) but have been in the Kootenays for a lot of years now.
Kirssy, rhubarb wine is Very tasty....it sounds like it would be tart, but it is not!
