Christmas Decorating

I finally bought myself one of those "trees in a pot".

Today I put it together and decorated it with some new ornaments....

I also bought reindeer ears....but after the Gman told me

he was quite sure neither da Wolf nor Ginger would

consent to wearing them....

I put them on my chicken instead!!

(The tree didn't stay there. I ended up putting it out on the back porch, so it can

be seen when people come down the driveway.)

I managed to get one of the living room tables decorated....

The fluffy white thing is a little Owl....we'll put it on the tree.

The table looks pretty all lit up!

LIke every year, Grandma's tree sits on the left....it's a tradition

here in this house...

Here's where the other tree ended up. And, we bought some lengths of solar lights.

The Gman wrapped them around a few of the trees along the driveway.

I took another strand and wrapped them around our sign out at the road.

I love getting ready for the holidays!

We'll wait awhile till we put up the tree. But we have got a good start ....

it will look nice for tomorrow when company comes.
