Today is Earth Day. It is also Good Friday and I'm not sure why Earth Day has been set for today?
What are you doing (if anything) to honour Earth Day today? Me, I'll be digging Earth and weeding Earth! I'll also be staining another whack of boards, but I guess that is beside the point!

We're going to Mass for Good Friday and then dinner to celebrate our son's 29th birthday...after spending the day in the garden and hand scrubbing my deck.
I spent the day digging in the garden getting my rows ready to plant after I return from CO next week. We are breaking in a new garden area this year, so there has been a lot of grass to rake out. A nice rain shower ended the day, so I guess it was about perfect for Earth Day / Good Friday.
I'm glad the two of you were able to spend some of the day in the Garden!
